Configuring access to prices

For each user security role or user account that needs to view or edit prices when working with charges or payments, change its security role or user account settings according to Security Role Settings.

In the Financials section, in the Price field, choose the level of access:

• No Access (No access to prices.)
• View (View prices when working with charges or payments.)
• Edit (Edit prices when working with charges or payments.)
