Description:

The “Future Appointments” report is designed to export data on upcoming patient appointments to the OpenPM system. This report is essential for ensuring that the OpenPM interface has current and accurate information about scheduled appointments, which is crucial for patient management, resource allocation, and overall clinical workflow.

Report Fields and Descriptions:

1. pat_id: Unique identifier for each patient within the system.
2. first_name: The patient’s first name.
3. last_name: The patient’s last name.
4. middle_name: The patient’s middle name.
5. birth_date: The patient’s date of birth.
6. startdate: The starting date and time of the appointment.
7. enddate: The ending date and time of the appointment.
8. location: The location where the appointment is scheduled.
9. comment: Any comments or notes associated with the appointment.
10. Apt Type: Description of the type of appointment.
11. Resource Last Name: Last name of the resource (provider) assigned to the appointment.
12. Resource First Name: First name of the resource (provider) assigned to the appointment.
13. NPI: National Provider Identifier of the resource.
14. Phone: Work phone number of the resource.
15. WC Apt ID: Unique identifier for the appointment within the system.
