Orders Usage Report

You must have security role access to the Reports module/tab. This setting is in the Security Role Editor and is in Enterprise Health controls called STATISTICS. Set to Yes or No. This allows users within a role to access the entire Reports sidemenu tab.
Orders - Usage
This report shows what procedures/items were ordered using e-orders module and counts per date range / location / provider / visit type criteria fields entered.
Click Reports tab on the left sidebar menu.
Click Orders tab and select the Orders - Usage report.
The orders usage report filters screen will open. Enter any criteria fields you wish to narrow down your results for.

Fields are optional to narrow down your search results:
- Patient: begin typing a patient’s last name and use the autocomplete to select the patient if you wish to show results only for a specific patient.
- Physician: begin typing in a user’s name to select from providers in your system (includes deleted users also).
- Referred To: begin typing in a user’s name to select from referrable entities.
- Order: begin typing in an order item name to select from.
- Location: select from the dropdown whichever location is needed.
- Set Name: select from the dropdown list the order picklist needed.
- Next Appointment: enter the date range for the Next Appointment.
- Requested Date: enter the date range for the Requested Order Date.
- Scheduled Date: enter the date range for the Scheduled Order Date.
Click the SEARCH button to render your results. It reports on Incomplete Orders, Standing Orders and Completed Orders.
